When you request early access or contact us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name and email address. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this website.

We process your personal data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you voluntarily submit your information — for example, by requesting early access. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

4. How we use your data

We use your contact information solely to communicate with you about Auturgy — including early access invitations, product updates, and support. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Sub-processors

We use the following third-party services to operate this website and deliver our service. All are bound by data processing agreements:

  • Cloudflare — DNS and content delivery (no tracking cookies enabled)
  • Hetzner — Server infrastructure (EU, Germany/Finland)

6. Data storage & retention

Your data is stored on infrastructure located in the European Union. We use industry-standard measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time
